White Biryani Recipe.

Ingredients of White Biryani

  1. Prepare 750 grams of Chicken.
  2. You need 750 grams of shella Rice.
  3. It’s 1/4 cup of ginger garlic paste.
  4. Take 1/4 cup of kaju paste (kaju + green chilli + milk).
  5. Take 1/2 cup of whisked dahi.
  6. Take 1 & 1/4 cup of brown onion.
  7. Prepare 200 ml of fresh cream.
  8. Prepare 2 tsp of cumin powder.
  9. You need 1 tsp of garam masala powder.
  10. You need 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
  11. Make ready 1 of Green chillies.
  12. It’s 1/4 cup of Some coriander leaves chopped.
  13. Prepare 1/4 cup of Some mint leaves chopped.
  14. You need to taste of Salt.
  15. You need as needed of Oil.
  16. Prepare 3 of small potatoes.

White Biryani step by step

  1. Heat 1/2 cup oil put chicken pieces and saute on high flame for 3 mins..
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and again saute for 2 mins turn flmae on low and add whisked dahi and cook for 5 mins..
  3. Add salt + black pepper powder + cumin powder + garam masla powder and slit 4 to 5 spicy green chillies and add to the chicken add kaju paste cook for 5 mins..
  4. Then add cream and cook for 2 to 3 mins and turn off the flame put brown onion + coriander leaves + mint leaves keep aside..
  5. Peel potatoes wash and cut 1 potato into 4 pieces.heat oil and fry potatoes untill light golden..
  6. Add potato into chicken and lightly mix it.chicken masala is ready..
  7. Soaked rice for 30 mins. Make potli of pieces for bayleaf(2) + black cardamom (2) + cinnamon stick(1). Heat water add salt and potli bring it to a boil then remove potli and add rice to the water cook on a high flame till rice 85% cooked..
  8. Strain rice and put on a chicken masala..on rice put some brown onion and coriander leaves put paper and cover with lid..
  9. Put tawa on gas and place dekchi on tawa turn flame on high for 5 mins then turn flmae to low and cook for 10 to 15 mins and turn off the flame..
  10. Serve the delicious white Biryani with kachumbar and papad..😋.
